About this messaging program
eRoof (a division of W.C. Construction) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers in connection with roofing inspections, estimates, insurance-claim assistance, scheduling, and related service communications. Texts are sent from (731) 361-8042.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from eRoof when you:
- submit the public roof-inspection booking form and affirmatively select its separate, optional text-message checkbox; or
- affirmatively select the separate, optional communications-consent checkbox when signing an eRoof project document that offers that choice.
Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent is not required to book an inspection, sign a document, or purchase roofing services. See the public opt-in verification page for the exact disclosures shown to customers.
Types of messages
Appointment reminders and confirmations, on-my-way notifications, inspection, claim, and estimate updates, document and scheduling coordination, and replies to your questions.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. eRoof does not charge you for these messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not send you further texts except as required. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (731) 361-8042.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier availability.
