eRoof (a division of W.C. Construction), referred to here as eRoof, we, or us, provides roofing inspection, repair, replacement, and insurance-restoration services in West Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and property address.
- Project information: roof and property details, inspection findings, photos, and the insurance carrier and claim information you share with us.
- Website and usage data: basic analytics and device or log information when you visit erooftn.com.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- schedule and perform roof inspections and work;
- prepare estimates and proposals;
- assist with and document insurance claims, and communicate with your insurance company when you authorize us to;
- communicate with you by phone, text message, and email (see our SMS Terms); and
- operate, secure, and improve our services.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we send you text messages for the purposes described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How we share information
We share information only:
- with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling, communications, and mapping providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- with your insurance company and adjusters as part of your claim, when you authorize us to; and
- when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can contact us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
